We are looking for:


ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER - PROPERTY

This position will locate in San Po Kong (Diamond Hill Station). You will need to:

  • Report to the Financial Controller

  •  
  • Assist in supervising the financial accounting team

  •  
  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of monthly financial reporting

  •  
  • Liaise with external auditors/consultants on interim/annual audit and tax filing

  •  
  • Monitor the cash flow of investments and projects

  •  
  • Ensure timely payment of bank loan interest and rollover of bank loan

  •  
  • Enhance compliance with the Group’s internal control policies and procedures

  •  
  • Monitor the budget vs actual analysis

  •  
  • Involve in ad hoc projects

 Requirement

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline; Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent

  •  
  • Minimum 5 years experience preferably in CPA and/or HK listed companies

  •  
  • Knowledge of SUN Accounting system

  •  
  • Good in accounting knowledge and financial reporting requirements

  •  
  • Good communication skills

  •  
  • Proactive, dedicated, detail-oriented with good analytical skills

PROJECT DIRECTOR

This position will locate in Central. You will need to:

  • Plan for project development including project schedules, allocation of resources and monitoring mechanisms to ensure each project has realistic goals and timeframe

  •  
  • Oversee project management including plan implementation, execution, coordination among the teams and appointment of consultant to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  •  
  • Control project execution including communication with project team members and performance level of project managers, to ensure the quality of project delivery and design specifications are fully met.

  •  
  • Evaluate each project including the quality of work done, overall process and performance of consultants and contractors to ensure the projects are completed according to plan and specifications.

  •  
  • Manage and motivate consultants; contractors and the project team to ensure they can deliver the completed project works in time and with the expected quality standard.

 Requirement

  • Recognized university degree in architecture, surveying, engineering , building service engineering or equivalent

  •  
  • Member of HKIA, HKIS, HKIE or equivalent

  •  
  • Min. 15 years of project experience in property development.

  •  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, project management and leadership skills

  •  
  • Initiative and able to work under pressure

  •  
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Project Director
