Pak Shek Kok Projects

USI partnered with Hong Kong’s key property developers – Nan Fung Development, Sino Land Company Limited, and K. Wah International Holdings Limited – to joint ventures to develop and manage new residential projects in Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po. The aggregate floor area of the sites amount to over 1.8 million square feet and will be developed into a luxurious low-density residential development with panoramic seaview.
